No. Customers do not have to spend a single penny as the system itself is free. However, for services such as doctor’s note and counselling, there will be a fee involved.
How do I pay for the services?

Who are the doctors on 123 Walkin Clinic?
All the doctors on 123 Walkin Clinic are highly qualified and experienced licensed physicians from British Columbia, Canada.
Will I get to consult the same doctor all the time?
You can consult the same doctor on the 123 Walkin Clinic Virtual System. However, this is entirely based on the availability of the doctor. If the same doctor is not available the next time, you can consult any other physician who will be available if it is an emergency.
Will I get a hard copy of prescriptions and sick notes from the doctor?
You will undoubtedly get hard copies of sick notes from the doctors. However, when it comes to prescriptions, it will be faxed to a pharmacy of your choice for the medicines or medicines will be delivered to your doorstep by one of our partner pharmacies.
Is my information kept secret?
